As a beginner for Yoga, I am glad to join Yoga Bird and Vicky’s classes are what I want. Vicky teaches from her heart. I see her caring about students. She gives different options in the class as she remembers the different body/health conditions of each student. In my early 50s, I am going to continue with Vicky’s classes which help my joint/body flexibility and my overall health. “Namaste” to Yoga Bird and Vicky with my thankful heart!

Which Class to attend?

I run two types of beginner yoga classes:

  • Foundation Beginners Course which is for anyone who has never been on a yoga mat. Each week we will breakdown different asanas and breathing practices to give you confidence.

  • Beginners Yoga Flow is the class that follows the Foundation Beginners Course and for those who have done some yoga before.
