Private 1:2:1 sessions

If you don't fancy a group session, I offer private 1-2-1 sessions for most classes in the comfort of a small yoga studio or if preferred, I can come to you.

£45 per hour in the studio

I offer personalised 1:2:1 sessions which will be catered to your unique needs and goals. I specialise with beginners, offering a tailored approach to ensure that you receive the attention and guidance you deserve. I have also do 1:2:1 lessons for pregnancy yoga and parent and baby yoga. 

Each yoga class will be designed specifically for you, taking into account your health conditions, goals and mobility. Due to the undivided attention, you benefit from gaining a deeper understanding of each aspect of yoga.     

You can have as few or as many 1:2:1 classes as you want, there is no set approach, this is a unique experience for each client. Classes can be scheduled around your work commitments and general life tasks, so there is always flexibility each week.  Please email me to discuss your requirements and ideal timings.
