Children's & Family Yoga

Toddlers, Children and families! I am catering for all of you. I run routine weekly classes in nurseries for Toddlers and love their willingness to downward dog. Children's yoga in schools is fun and engaging with kids learning breathing techniques, improving flexibility and focus, which helps them to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Monthly family yoga sessions take place in Kingswood Village Hall and these are fun packed for the whole family from children aged 3 and upwards.

Men Only Yoga

Don't fancy coming to a class full of talkative ladies, well I hear you and have designated one class for men only. You are of course welcome to any of my other classes but wanted to make sure you knew I am catering for you, with you own class.

This is a monthly class on a Friday night in The Nest Studio, Kingswood.

1:2:1

Group classes are just not for everyone and I totally understand that, especially if you prefer some undivided attention that you get in a 1:2:1 session. This can be for something specific, just for a few lessons or a regular individualised class. The best thing about 1:2:1 is that all the attention is on you and whatever you want to work on, we can - tight hamstrings, lower back relief, neck tension etc. I will personalise the class to suit your needs.

All lessons take place in The Nest Studio, Kingswood.
